We have a very thorough buying process and do not consider any items that may potentially be copies or fakes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by direct deposit or bank transfer. We have account with major bank in Indonesia. For information regarding our bank account detail please click here.


Do you have all your items in stock?

Yes, all our items are ready in stock. If we don’t have the item in stock, you will see a note saying that the item is out of stock or require pre-order.

I really love certain items in kadokeren.com, however, those items are out of stock. Can i still order those items ?

Most of our stocks are one-off opportunity buys that may not be available as we want to maintain the exclusivity of our products. However, there is a possibility that we may re-stock those items again due to popular demand. Any updates will be posted in our newsletter. So, make sure that you subscribes our newsletter.


When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be dispatched once your payment has been approved.  Once your Parcel is dispatched, you will be notified via an email with your unique ‘Tracking Number’. You will also receive the Carrier's details and their estimated transit time to your address.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Your order will be packed and dispatched within 48 hours after your payment has been approved.

Delivery to Java addresses will take about 2-5 days and delivery to outside Java addresses will take 5-8 days.

 

How much the shipping rate will be?

We use TIKI JNE or XPS to deliver our items all over Indonesia, please click here for the shipping rate table

 

Can I order by phone?

For efficiency and fast service, we normally process all our customer order via online system. If you need to put your order by phone, please call us on 0878 5257 4888 or 031 7156 4888 Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm

You can also send your inquiry by email or sms and we will get back to you as soon as possible

I have not received my order, what do I do?

All items are typically dispatched the next business day, once your payment has been confirmed. Items will be sent by TIKI JNE or XPS and they provide following guideline for delivery of your order:

Delivery within Java: 2-5 working days

Delivery outside Java: 5-8 working days

Over 95% of orders do arrive within this timeframe, but if your order has not arrived after 10 working days, then please fill in contact us form and we will assist in tracking it.

 

Do you offer free delivery?

We don’t but we will be capping our shipping cost to max 2kg, that’s mean you only need to pay maximum 2kg shipping cost even though you have purchased more than 2kg weight of products.

 

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, the scheme will be:
10% discount if total order value is more than Rp 1.000.000,-.
15% discount if total order value is more than Rp 2.000.000,-.

 

I have received my item but it is damaged/ non-functioning/missing parts, what should I do?

Please fill in contact us form and advise us on the nature and extent of the damage.

It is important for the purposes of our insurance claims that you take digital photos of the carton as it arrives and also of the damaged product.

Please return the mentioned product back to us within 7 days upon receipt of the product (as verified by the authorized forwarder). We will replace the damaged product in transit, with a new one at our cost, and deliver it to you for free. Buyer will be responsible for paying return delivery cost

 

Can I pick up my order?

We deliver your order right at your doorstep for your maximum comforts. However, If you choose to collect your products, please indicate in your ordering form and we will send you a notification on this.
